Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days for a refund.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer free returns and any postage charges will not be refunded.

Please take care when trying on any garments as refunds will not be accepted if any items are returned with the following:

Any marks including fake tan or makeup

Perfumes Smoke or Body Lotions.

Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached.

Please ensure you add a note with your full name inside the parcel when returning.

We advise that returns be sent back using a tracked and signed for service as any lost items will not be reimburse by us.

We aim to process your return as soon as possible please allow us up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
